Solution
Nova Systems national support team provides support and maintenance services for enterprise geospatial platforms and applications based onthe principals of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Collaborating with RFS, our team tailored a service to align with the organisation’s service level agreements, security policies, and governance requirements. We provided RFS with support through a dedicated helpdesk and regular software and infrastructure maintenance across eight enterprise geospatial applications to ensure the continuous availability, performance, and security of these applications. The support service includes on-call support outside business hours during the declared fire season.
