Shelley Willsmore brings almost two decades of experience in the defence sector, previously working in the US, UK and Australia.
She joins Nova Systems from the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment in the South Australian Government where she worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for driving HR transformation for the whole of government.
Prior to that she was Chief People Officer and held various other positions at BAE Systems. Based at the Nova Systems head office in South Australia, Ms Willsmore will be a member of the Nova Systems Executive Committee, responsible for leading the company’s People portfolio, supporting its growth strategy, as well as attracting and retaining talent.
