Solution
Nova Systems provided a team with a combination of technical subject matter expertise in the use/capabilities of the new radar system and programmatic support.
As a result Nova Systems personnel have been responsible for the requirements development for the complete radar system and its associated infrastructure. From a programmatic perspective, Nova have supported the submission of the numerous business cases supporting the key investment decisions.
Outcome
The development of the requirements work has included a User Requirements Document (URD) and the Systems Requirement Document (SRD). Through this work Nova have defined the Test & Acceptance criteria for the system.
The team are currently fully engaged with coordinating the installation activities, the delivery of all the equipment to the overseas location and are now working with the customer to define the need/requirement for the expansion of the radar sites.
