Defence Work Experience
The Nova Work Experience and Internship Program provides placements for university students in their penultimate or final year of studies, whose tertiary qualifications are aligned to Nova's core offerings.
The defence work experience program provides successful candidates with the opportunity to learn and develop their skills, by working on exciting projects aligned with their tertiary studies.
Typically, this program offers full-time placements over the summer university break. However, we are flexible around these dates and also offer part-time placements during the university year.
Upon completion of the program, some candidates may be offered a role in our defence graduate program.
