Graduate Opportunities
The Nova Systems Graduate Program is a two-year program that will provide you with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to make the best possible start to your career, and make a meaningful contribution to Nova Systems and our clients.
The first year of the program focuses on skills development and training, while the second year of the program focuses on building your human-centred skills and experience in practical ways, and introduces you to different entry-level roles.
The Nova Systems Graduate Program includes:
Placements across projects, programs and business units.
Dedicated group and peer-to-peer mentoring.
Training in technical, business, and people skills aligned with a discipline-based competency framework.
Bi-annual graduate summit and regular team-building activities.
Exposure to different entry-level roles.
Nova Systems opens applications for the graduate program before mid-year for the following year’s February intake.
Work Experience
The Nova Systems Work Experience and Internship Program provides placements for university students in their penultimate or final year of studies, whose tertiary qualifications are aligned to our core offerings.
The work experience program provides successful candidates with the opportunity to learn and develop their skills, by working on exciting projects aligned with their tertiary studies.
Typically, this program offers full-time placements over the summer university break. However, we are flexible around these dates.
Upon completion of the program, candidates will be offered the opportunity to apply for our graduate program.
