Based in Bristol, Graham will lead Nova Systems International’s next phase of expansion, with a focus on strengthening customer partnerships and delivering capability at speed to UK and Europe.
Graham joins Nova Systems this week with more than 30 years’ experience leading growth, transformation and complex operations across Defence, aerospace, technology, government and professional services organisations.
He recently held senior executive roles with QinetiQ Group, where he drove global growth capability and major opportunity portfolios across international markets and led the integration of acquired businesses in the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia.
His career spans senior leadership positions with Babcock International Group and IBM, following early service as an Officer in the British Army’s Corps of Royal Engineers.
Nova Systems Chief Executive Officer Dean Rosenfield said he is delighted Graham will lead the international business at a time when Nova is deepening its support for Defence and government customers facing increasingly complex capability challenges.
“Graham’s track record in leading growth, transformation and operational performance across complex global organisations makes him the right leader to accelerate Nova Systems’ next international chapter,” Mr Rosenfield said.
“Graham’s appointment strengthens our ability to deliver trusted capability and systems integration at speed to our customers across the United Kingdom and Europe.”
Graham said Nova Systems is well placed to capture new opportunities in a changing global environment.
“I am excited to be joining Nova Systems at a time of growth and opportunity and looking forward to working with our customers to deliver agile capability building momentum for success in the years ahead,” Graham said.
