Capella provides high-quality, high-speed Earth observation data on demand, and its imagery is accessible through a self-serve online platform. The company’s synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology can capture imagery at night and in weather and atmospheric impeded conditions. Nova Systems has partnered with Capella to broaden the use of high-quality SAR imagery in Australia.
Capella officially launched its commercial operations in January 2021 and has provided its services to governments and commercial customers with best-in-class quality data at increasingly higher revisit speeds. Capella has three commercial satellites in orbit today and plans to launch four more this year.
